To secure our Datacenter more thoroughly, we have turned it into a "light's out" Datacenter. This means that the Datacenter will be under lock and key, and there will be no human attendance ever needed to operate the servers themselves; instead any maintenance will be done externally from our Network Operations Center where our engineers offer 24/7 support. This is done to ensure the upmost security and service for our clients.
